Shipping
 

We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of order being placed. If we cannot ship your purchase out within a 48 hour period we will call you immediately to let you know. We take great pride in each and every order no matter how big or small.

 

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. Average ground shipping time is 5-7 days.  Express shipping (1-2 days)  is available for an additional fee.  We also ship internationally.

 

Returns & Exchanges
 

Due to the high cost of credit card processing and shipping costs, we only offer merchandise exchanges or store credit.  Exchanges for merchandise or store credit is gladly accepted.  Item must not have been worn and tags must be attached to receive full merchandise credit.  All exchanges must have an RA# on the outside of the box.  Please call us at (325) 942-2703 or email at info@rattledazzle.com for an RA#.
